More Glastonbury sets, this one by no lesser than the great Hybrid. No doubt 
this and some of the other breaks sets at the Glastonbury Breaks party were  
enormous fun to be present at. Unfortunately though, when listening to them 
mixes now, I can't help feeling one ought to have been there to properly 
appreciate. The recordings clearly convey an impression of breathtaking 
intensity and energy that must have been palpable then and there. It's apparent
that the crowd was pretty ecstatic, and one can probably safely deduce that the
very air must've felt electrified. But listening now, without actually being
immersed in - and taking part of - that vibe, I can't help but feel the
central ingredient to sets like these, the magic of the moment, the catalyst that
made them work at the time, couldn't be conserved and passed on through recordings.
This may also be the reason why some of the most amazing live performances we've
ever had the fortune to be present at,  turn out soberingly disappointing when
getting a chance to listen to recordings or broadcasts of them later on.

BTW, this is just a Glastonbury DJ set of Hybrid (at Annie Nightingale's Dance
Village Launch Party at the Dance Lounge). It isn't this year's live stage act. If
