'Tonight, Tonight' and 'Bullet With Butterfly Wings' -
songs that defined the alternative music era and continue
to resonate, influencing a whole new generation.
'Zeitgeist', is sixth album from The Smashing Pumpkins and
their first of new material since 2000's 'Machina/The
Machines of God' and the free, digital-only release
'Machina II/The Friends & Enemies of Modern Music'. The
album was produced by Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin
with Roy Thomas Baker and Terry Date working separately on
various tracks. The twelve-track collection represents the
culmination of over two years work.
