Here is a PDF scanned copy of the Army Technical Manual. It's not a great scan but I borrowed it
from a friend and he didn't want it taken apart. 

The manual says that it is an Ordnance Supply [CENSORED] with a List of All Parts of Rifle, U.S.,
Cal., 30, M1903, M1901A1, M1903A3 and M1903A4 (Snipers). After you get into the manual it says that
it is TM 9-1270 US 1903A3 30.06 cal Springfield.
